How do I see all the leads that didn't go ahead with treatment?

Want to see all of the leads who are no longer interested in treatment and their value?

Step 1.
Go to the Leads page under the Contacts heading

Step 2.
Within the 'Filter' section, go to 'Journey Status' and select 'Inactive'.

Step 3.
You can also filter even further with the additional step of 'Journey Stage', for example if you wanted to see all leads that didn't proceed but had attended.

Step 4.
Click 'Apply'.
