Accessing Subscriptions & Payment Methods 👤

If you’re the paying customer (subscriber) for the DenGro account, you’ll see Subscriptions and Invoices & Payment Methods under the Personal Profile area (the person icon at the top right of the DenGro screen).

Why can’t I see these options?
You’ll only have access if you are logged in as the paying customer. Users assigned a licence but not managing payments won’t see these options.

What Can I Do Here? ✅

As the DenGro Customer, you can manage subscriptions, licences, and payments:

  • Manage existing subscriptions

  • Create new subscriptions

  • Assign or revoke licences

  • Change the payment card

  • View previous and upcoming invoices

Transferring Subscription Ownership ✉️

If you recently became the DenGro customer and need access, confirmation from the previous customer is required. They must email support@dengro.com with your details and permission to transfer access.

Updating Your Payment Method 💳

The subscriber can add or change payment methods anytime via Subscription Billing under the Personal Profile. Available options: Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card.

To update, select Add Payment Method, enter new details, and confirm.

Changing Your Subscription Plan 🔄

Subscribers can upgrade or downgrade their plan:

  1. Go to My Subscriptions

  2. Click Change on the licence section

  3. Select the new plan and confirm

Charges are on a rolling basis, so invoices are pro-rated to reflect the plan change.

Automatic Subscription Renewal 🔁

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. The payment card on file will be charged monthly until cancellation.

Revoking a Licence ❌

You can revoke a licence for a practice at any time. Access will be suspended immediately, so ensure the practice is aware and leads are exported.

Once revoked:

  • Users lose access

  • Leads from connected webforms will be lost

  • The assigned user is notified (but contact them directly)

  • You can reassign or cancel the licence

  • Billing will be updated accordingly

Restoring a Cancelled Subscription 🛑➡️✅

You can stop cancellation before the date:

  1. Go to Subscriptions under Personal Profile

  2. Choose Restore Subscription

Access and payments continue as normal.
