How many treatments can be included in the chatbot flow?

You can have up to 8 treatments with an additional 9th called 'Something Else' which will come in as a General Dentistry lead.

How does the Livechat feature work?

You provide us with a name and an email, we will then create a login for that user to login via www.chat.dengro.com and start chatting to prospective patients within the chatbot. The password will be sent to you when we send over the widget/ snipper of code to add it to your site.

To get to the live chat messaging dashboard, turn on livechat and either click 'Customer Management' or 'Livechat'

When you get a new livechat request, you will be notified and be able to accept it.Via the 'Website' section as shown below you can then start chatting back and forth with the lead.

You can transfer a chat to another live user by clicking 'transfer' then selecting the user you wish to transfer the chat to. - The user must be logged into the chatbot portal for you to be able to transfer the chat to them.

Who do I contact if I want to make any changes to my chatbot?

Please email support@dengro.com or you can message us on via our livechat,m the pink icon in the bottom right hand corner when on the DenGro app.

How can I track which of my leads came from the chatbot?

They will come in as a new lead on your today page, on the lead profile page it will show with the 'User Agent' as DenGro Chatbot.
