1. Create Your Capture Hook in DenGro
Go to Integrations → Capture Hooks in DenGro.
Select Create New Hook.
Give your hook a clear name (e.g., “Wix Contact Form”).
Choose the Type — this determines whether submissions arrive as a Lead, Enquiry, or Referral.
Click Create.
Set Affiliate to Practice.
Copy the Capture Hook URL — you’ll paste this into Wix later.
2. Create an Automation in Wix
Log in to your Wix dashboard.
On the left sidebar, go to Automations.
Click + New Automation.
For the Trigger, choose:
Form submitted → [Select your form]
3. Configure the Webhook (HTTP Request) in Wix
For the Action, choose:
Send HTTP Request
(This is Wix’s version of a webhook — it does exactly what we need.)Change Request Type to POST.
Paste your DenGro Capture Hook URL into the URL box.
4. Submit a Test Form
Click Publish on your Wix site.
Submit a test enquiry through your form.
Go back to DenGro and check your capture hook — your test data should appear
If it doesn’t appear:
Check your Webhook URL
Make sure Request Type is set to POST
Make sure the automation is switched on
Ensure your Wix plan supports Send HTTP Request
5. Map The Fields
Now that you have submitted a test form you should be able to scroll down and view all the fields you can map..
Map the corresponding fields with the correct submission. For example, First Name -> John | Last Name -> Smith | Email -> john@example.com etc.
Remember for a Lead to be accepted you must have First Name, Last Name, 1 form of contact (email or mobile) and a treatment. - Make sure these fields are set to required within the form.
Tick the box that says "Tick to confirm that you are proceeding to save this Capture Hook with unmapped fields" and click 'Save'.
