Yes! chatbots are able to connect bot leads to your DenGro dashboard.

As the leads are being pulled in from your bot the connection to DenGro is handled by your chatbot provider.

Your chatbot company will need access to your DenGro account - we recommend setting them up with an Integrator role via the Practice Users page so they can complete the connection.
