How is an enquiry different to a lead?

An Enquiry refers to any general request or question submitted to your practice, usually through a Contact Us form on your website.

Examples include:

  • General questions from existing patients

  • Requests about practice opening hours

  • Questions about new treatments

⚠️ An enquiry means the treatment the lead is interested in hasn’t been captured or known to DenGro via the form. This doesn’t mean they aren’t interested—it just hasn’t been recorded yet. Once treatment interest is confirmed, you can convert the enquiry into a lead.

🔔 Managing Enquiries in DenGro

When a new enquiry arrives, a task appears on your Today page under the heading Enquiries.
You can:

  • See the initial info at a glance

  • Open the task to view full details

🔄 Converting an Enquiry to a Lead

If the enquiry relates to a treatment you'd like to nurture, you’ll be prompted to convert it to a lead:

  1. Confirm the treatment they’re interested in

  2. Press Done

  3. The lead will appear under the Leads section of your Today page for nurturing

❌ If they’re not interested in treatment, press No — the enquiry will be removed from your Today page but retained on the Enquiries page for future reference.

❓ Changed Your Mind About an Enquiry?

If you initially say No but later want to convert the enquiry to a lead:

  1. Go to the Enquiries page

  2. Find and open their enquiry profile

  3. Click the Mark as Unread button (top right)

  4. Once the page refreshes, you’ll be able to convert it to a leade page.
