Adding a Treatment

Learn how to add or change a lead’s treatment in DenGro to ensure they’re on the right journey—even for multiple treatments at once.

🧑‍⚕️ Why Add or Change a Treatment?

When a lead first enters DenGro, their treatment interest is usually based on:

  • What they selected on your online form

  • Information shared during a phone call or face-to-face discussion

However, they might:

  • Choose the wrong treatment initially

  • Change their mind later

  • Be interested in multiple treatments

💡 You can easily update or add treatments to ensure the lead follows the correct journey and receives the appropriate follow-up.


✅ Steps to Add or Change a Treatment

  1. Open the Lead Profile
    Go to the relevant lead on your Today page and click ‘View Lead’.

  2. Remove the Current Treatment (if changing)

    • Click ‘Not Proceeding with Treatment’

    • Select the reason ‘Opted for different treatment’

    • Click ‘Done’

  3. Add a New Treatment

    • Click ‘Add Treatment’

    • Select the new treatment from the dropdown

    • Confirm the correct journey is selected

    • Click ‘Next’

  4. Answer the Prompts

    • Follow the standard steps DenGro asks when adding a treatment

    • Complete any additional info if needed

  5. Click ‘Done’
    You’ve now added or updated the treatment for that lead.

No problem! You can repeat the above steps to add more than one treatment. DenGro will track each journey separately, so your team can nurture them through to an outcome.
