How is an enquiry different to a lead?

An Enquiry refers to any general enquiry that someone submits to the practice.

Enquiries tend to come from ‘Contact Us’ forms on the site and can be general requests from existing patients, questions about practice opening hours, or even someone asking about a new treatment – it’s a collection point for any type of form submission.

An enquiry will mean that the TREATMENT the lead is interested in hasn't been captured/known to DenGro via the online form. This doesn't meant they aren't interested in treatment, just that its not been captured via the form.

If they are interested in treatment, once established the enquiry can be converted to a lead at any point.

When a new Enquiry is received in DenGro a task will appear on your Today page, under the heading of Enquiries. You will be able to see the initial information they are looking for and then when you open up the task you can see the full information.

If the enquiry is from a prospective or existing patient asking about a treatment that you would like to nurture in DenGro then you will be prompted to convert them into a lead.

You will just need to confirm the treatment they are interested in and they can then be converted to a lead.

Press Done and they will appear under the Leads section of your Today page for you to nurture in the same way as any other lead.

If they are not interested in treatment you don't need to convert them to a lead so press 'No' and they will be removed from your Today page and no further action is required. Their details are kept on DenGro and can be found under the Enquiries page for future reference.

What if I say 'No' I don't want to convert them to a lead but change my mind later on?

No problem, that happens! You can still convert them to a lead at a later point.

Find their details under the 'Enquiries' page and click into their enquiry profile page.

Then press the 'Mark as Unread' button in the top right corner and once the page has refreshed you will then have the opportunity to convert it to a lead at that point.
