🦷 Managing Referrals in DenGro
A referral from another dental practice can be captured in DenGro via:
An online referral form on your practice website or landing pages
Existing referral forms connected to DenGro (including attachments)
A new referral form created with the DenGro Form Builder
🔔 Receiving a Referral
When a referral arrives in DenGro, a task is created on your Today page under the Referrals section.
📋 Viewing Referral Details
Click the referral task pod to view a summary of the referral details in the task panel.
To see any attachments or additional information, click the View Referral button (top right) to open the Referral Profile Page.
✅ Accepting or Declining a Referral
After reviewing the referral details:
Click Accept or Decline at the bottom of the task to confirm your decision.
If you Accept:
Choose to Mark the task as Done, or
Create a Lead from the referral to track as a prospective patient.
If you Decline:
DenGro will ask you to confirm that the referral info will be permanently deleted before closing the task.
