Once you’ve created your subscription you are in control of it and can cancel it at any time, no further funds will be billed and you will have access until the end of your current billing period.

You can only set the Subscription to cancel if you are the 'Subscriber' of the DenGro account. This will be the person who created the subscription initially.

When the subscriber logs in go to Subscriptions under the Profile area (the symbol of a person at the top right of the DenGro screen). Click on the ACTIVE subscription that you’d like to cancel. Then in the Subscriptions details section click on the ‘Cancel Subscription‘ button.

You will be prompted with a text box so you can share any feedback on why you want to cancel, please do share your comments as these will be viewed by our CEO and our Product team. Your cancellation date and final date for access will be confirmed before the Subscription is set to cancel.
