You can only add a second appointment after confirming the first appointment was attended.
Step 1: Confirm Attendance
Once the first appointment has taken place, you'll be prompted with the question:
"Did they attend?"
Select ‘Yes’
Click ‘Next’
Step 2: Record the Outcome
You’ll be asked "What happened when they came in?"
From the dropdown menu, select:
‘They’re suitable and considering treatment’
Step 3: Add the Second Appointment
Next, choose the option:
‘Record details of an appointment I booked’
Step 4: Enter Appointment Details
Fill in the following:
Date and time of the second appointment 📅
The method of contact (e.g., phone, email) ☎️📧
Step 5: Review Automations
Toggle on/off any automated messages or reminders you'd like to send regarding the second appointment 🔁✉️
Step 6: Finalise the Appointment
Click ‘Done’ to save and confirm the second appointment ✅
📅 What Happens Next?
On the day of the second appointment, you’ll receive a follow-up prompt to confirm:
If the patient attended
What the outcome of that appointment was
