To get the most out of DenGro, our dental practice customers must connect their
treatment enquiry form, contact form or referral form to their DenGro account so
that all these enquiries are captured in one place for your team to make contact
with, manage and track.

Connecting webforms and landing pages to your DenGro account can be done in
one of several ways; using Zapier, capture hook or the DenGro form-builder. We have guides for all of these if needed.

DenGro does not create (or maintain) this connection as DenGro does not
manage or control your website, landing pages or the forms on them. Your
agency or in-house developer (whoever looks after your website) needs to set up
and monitor these connections.

This ‘connectivity’ can be affected by site updates, plugins expiring, changes made on the site or by changes made to the contact forms. DenGro has no control over nor visibility any visibility of any of this but your agency or in-house team does.

Whenever changes are made, tests should be run to ensure that all connections are still in place and working, in DenGro’s case that’s simply sending a test lead via a contact form to check it appears in your dashboard.

Setting up the connection between your website forms and your DenGro account
will take a few minutes (per form) and is straightforward work for a competent
developer.

Please just ensure that whoever is doing the work is invited to your
DenGro account as an “Integrator” so they have the required access.

Please share this document with them: Welcome - Developer Docs (dengro.com)
