Why has it been changed?

Understanding your lead data is more important than ever. That’s why we’ve redesigned the Leads page to be:

  • Lightning fast – thousands of leads returned in seconds

  • 🛠️ Customisable – tailor the view to your preferences

  • 📁 Export-free – no need to download a CSV (unless you want to!)

With thousands of users accessing lead data daily, this update gives you full control—whether you want a quick overview or to dig into the details.

🔍 Where to Find It

Head to the Contacts tab in the navigation bar and click Leads.

🧩 Customise Your View

The Leads list behaves like a smart spreadsheet with default columns that you can personalise:

  • Drag and reorder columns

  • Expand column widths

  • Scroll sideways for more data

🔄 If you want to reset, just refresh the page or click Clear Filters.

➖➕ Remove or Add Columns

To clean up your view:

  1. Hover over a column header and click the three lines (☰)

  2. Click the dialpad icon to open the column selector

  3. Tick/untick columns to show or hide them

📌 Pinning Important Columns

Keep key data visible by pinning columns.

  • Click the three lines (☰) on a column header

  • Select Pin Left or Pin Right

Pinned columns will show a 📌 icon.

📄 Pagination & Page Size

If you have lots of leads:

  • Use pagination controls at the bottom

  • Change page size via the dropdown menu

🎯 Filter Your Lead Data

Use filters to focus on what matters. Filter by:

🧍 Name
💬 Treatment
💷 Treatment value
📆 Journey stage (e.g. consultation booked)
🔄 Status (active or paused)
🌍 Source

Filters live on the right-hand side of the Leads page.

You can also use column-specific filters via the three-line (☰) menu.

↕️ Sort by Columns

Click a column header to sort:

  • Alphabetical (A–Z or Z–A)

  • Value (low to high or high to low)

Note: Not all columns can be sorted (e.g. phone numbers).

💾 Save Your Filters

  1. Apply filters

  2. Click Save Filter

  3. Name it and save

Your saved filters are user-specific, so you won’t affect your colleagues’ views.

If its greyed out that means no filters have yet been set.

👀 Reviewing the Lead List

  • Click any First Name or Last Name to jump into the lead’s profile

  • See how many treatment enquiries a lead has

  • Use Collapse Treatment Enquiries to streamline the view

  • See the new metric: ⏱️ Time to First Contact

You can also now see the time to first contact per lead, which is a new metric!

📥 Exporting Your Data

Want to take your data offline?

  1. Click Download Leads

  2. Confirm you're handling personal data

  3. Click Export

📂 Where Does the Download Go?

It goes to your computer’s Downloads folder. In Chrome, check via the ⋮ menu → Downloads.

🧾 What’s a CSV?

A CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file is a spreadsheet format widely used for importing contact data into platforms like email tools.

You can open it with Excel and save it as an .xlsx file if needed.
