📅 New Date Filter Options
We've added a powerful date filter so you can view your data in two different ways:
1. Lead Received Date
Run the report based on when leads were first received.
Example: show all leads received last month.
You’ll see how many of those:
Booked a consultation
Attended a consultation
Started treatment
…within the same month
2. Lead Activity (Action Date)
Run the report based on when actions were taken — not when the lead was received.
This view includes:
All new leads received
Leads (from any time) that:
Booked a consultation
Attended a consultation
Started treatment
Chose not to proceed
💷 Revenue Metrics
Two revenue figures are displayed:
Confirmed Revenue
Revenue from leads that have started treatment.Revenue Opportunity
The potential revenue still available from leads who haven’t converted yet.
📝 Note: These figures are based on treatment prices saved in your DenGro settings. If you’ve updated prices for individual leads on their profile, those overrides will be used.
