How it works ⚙️
Using Zapier, the process works as follows:
A visitor submits a Gravity Form on your website 📝
Zapier detects the new form submission 🔔
Zapier sends the form data to DenGro 🔄
DenGro creates a new lead or enquiry 📥
This allows you to automatically capture enquiries from your website without manual data entry.
Before you start 🧰
You will need:
A working Gravity Forms form on your WordPress website
Access to your WordPress Admin
A DenGro account
A Zapier account
Step 1 — Create a New Zap ⚡
Log in to your Zapier account
Click Create Zap
Your Zap will consist of:
Trigger: Gravity Forms
Action: Send data to DenGro
Step 2 — Set the Trigger (Gravity Forms) 🧩
Choose Gravity Forms as the trigger app
Select the trigger event: New Form Submission
Connect your WordPress / Gravity Forms account
Choose the form you want to send to DenGro
Click Test Trigger
Zapier should pull through a recent form submission as a sample.
Step 3 — Add the DenGro Action ➡️
Click Add Action
Choose DenGro
Select Action Event (i.e Create Lead)
Connect DenGro Account
This allows Zapier to send the form data to DenGro.
Step 4 — Map your Zap 🔗
Map the form fields from your Gravity Form submission.
Make sure you select your practice under Token and select the option of Practice under Affiliate.

Step 6 — Test the Zap 🧪
Click Test Step
Zapier will send a sample submission to DenGro
Check your DenGro Leads / Enquiries to confirm it has arrived
Step 7 — Publish the Zap 🚀
Once successful:
Click Publish Zap
From now on, every Gravity Forms submission will automatically be sent to DenGro.
Troubleshooting 🛠️
Lead not appearing in DenGro
Check:
The Zap is switched on.
The correct practice is selected.
Make sure Practice is selected for Affiliate.
Missing or incorrect data
Verify:
Correct fields are mapped
Form fields contain data

Use clearly labelled form fields
Test your Zap after changes
Keep your form structure simple
Zapier will now automatically send all new submissions from Gravity Forms into DenGro.
