Need to see how far a lead is from the practice? 🚗 Want to check how long it takes to cycle there? 🚴♀️ Here's how to find out:
✅ Step 1: Open Location Information
On the lead's detail page, click ‘Show Location Information’.
✅ Step 2: View the Map
A map will appear showing the location of the practice and the lead, with a highlighted travel route between the two.
✅ Step 3: Choose Travel Mode
Click the travel icons to the left of the map (e.g. 🚗 🚶♂️ 🚴♀️ 🚌) to view different routes based on the transport method.
Each icon will show the relevant route and estimated travel time.
✅ Step 4: Close the Map
Click the ‘X’ in the top left corner of the map to close it when you're done.
🔍 Tip: This feature helps assess lead convenience for appointment scheduling, especially if they mention travel distance.
