Use Facebook Store Locations to give leads the ability to select their preferred practice—automatically routing them into the correct DenGro account.
✅ Why Use Store Locations with DenGro?
If you're using group features in DenGro, Store Locations are the best way to ensure leads from Facebook Lead Ads are assigned to the correct practice—no manual routing or guesswork required.
🔧 How It Works
Each Store Location in your Facebook Business Manager will have a unique numeric ID (up to 10 digits).
DenGro supports IDs that are 6–10 digits long
Set meaningful, easy-to-identify IDs for each practice
Once you’ve created the Store ID in Facebook, click “Save”
🏥 Link Store Location to DenGro
Go to each practice’s account in DenGro
Visit the Practice Details page
Enter the matching Store ID for that location
Save your changes
This links the Facebook Store Location to the correct DenGro practice.
📝 Set Up Your Facebook Lead Ad Form
Once your Store Locations are configured in Facebook:
Create a new Lead Ad Form in Facebook Ads Manager
Under Custom Questions, select “Store Locator”
Choose the locations you want leads to pick from
Add any additional fields you'd like to collect
Save the form
🔄 Mapping Your Form in DenGro
Ensure your Facebook Page is connected to your DenGro group account
Go to the Form Mapping section in DenGro
Your Store Locator field will appear—map it accordingly
Map the rest of your fields
Click “Save” to confirm
Once saved, this will:
Finalise the mapping
Process any pending leads
Automatically send leads to the correct practice based on their selected location
🧪 Test Your Setup
Use Facebook’s Lead Ads Testing Tool or your Facebook Business Manager tools to ensure the integration is working as expected.
When a lead submits a form and selects a location, their details will route directly into the matching DenGro practice.
