DenGro Reporting has been created to provide a very useful overview of the most important and relevant practice information.

New for 2024 is dedicated reporting training!

We offer monthly training sessions dedicated to guiding owners, managers and analysts through DenGro's reports to ensure you know how to access the key metrics you need on a regular basis.

You can book a date and time through our online calendar here:

Here are some of our key reports:

Practice Trends - get and overview of 6 key metrics on a rolling7/30/180 days. What's going up, what's going down!

Practice Summary - your lead status as of 'today' as well as conversion metrics, value and marketing channel.

Lead Generation - how many leads, what status, by which marketing channel as well as a confirmed value of those who have decided to take up treatment. Choose a time period to view this information.

Conversion - see how well your team is performing by understanding your conversion rate at every stage of the lead journey. This provides valuable information about where the team may need training, or why leads are not choosing to take up treatment.

Team Effectiveness - what's your average time to first contact? How many tasks are being completed every day? Who's logging in, who isn't. It's all there, ready to view.
We can also show you the effectiveness of your practitioners here, how many consultations have they had and how many have been converted to starting treatment?

Catchment Area - where are your leads coming from? Are they all bunched in a specific postcode? Could you leaflet that area for lead generation? Are leads travelling from further afield, if so, why? Analyse your lead distribution to understand more about your audience.
