An appointment request is a type of new lead task that appears on the Today page to encourage users to confirm appointments booked through an online calendar/or that requested to book a consultation via the DenGro chatbot.

When a lead requests to book an appointment through an online calender/DenGro chatbot the details of that lead and their booking are sent to DenGro to create an Appointment Requested task on the practice’s Today page.

This request can then be turned into a lead for nurturing via the dropdown. Select 'Create a New lead'.

You will then need to confirm if you have confirmed the leads appointment request.

You will then need to confirm if you have confirmed the leads appointment request.

If you select yes, you can then select the treatment they are interested in from the dropdown.

The final step is to then confirm the date and time of the appointment. This can be different to the one they requested if you can't accommodate that or they now prefer an alternate one.

Once the date and time is confirmed the lead will be at the 'Consultation Booked' stage.
