If your practice is part of a Group within DenGro, you might want to reassign a lead to another practice — especially if the lead prefers a location closer to them for consultations. 📍
Step-by-step guide to reassign a lead:
👤 Open the lead profile page
⋮ Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner and select ‘Lead Management’
📂 Select the Group to associate the lead with
🔄 Reload the page
Then click the three dots (⋮) again and choose ‘Reassign Lead’.
Select the practice you want to assign the lead to.
✅ That’s it!
The lead will now appear on the dashboard of the practice you assigned it to.
⚠️ Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter issues when reassigning a lead, try these:
👀 Are you viewing the lead within the correct Practice or Group context?
🔗 Does the lead already have group management assigned?
🗂️ Do you have multiple DenGro tabs open? Try closing extras.
🕵️♂️ Try using an incognito/private browser window with no other DenGro tabs open.
