The DenGro Conversations Inbox is a new feature that allows you to have two-way conversations with prospective patients, without ever needing to leave DenGro.
Being able to message leads directly in DenGro will allow you to follow-up more quickly, and we know that the quicker you follow-up, the more likely that leads will book a consultation.
Following the initial contact with leads, nurturing that relationship is also key to converting leads into patients. While DenGro already sends automated nurturing emails/SMS messages, making direct contact from the practice via the Inbox will also help build these relationships and make a good impression.
