DenGro’s updated lead conversion report gives you instant clarity on your top line conversion metrics:

· your overall practice conversion rate

· received to booked conversion rate

· received to attended conversion rate

Along with most of DenGro’s other reports, you can filter the data by treatment type, by lead status (e.g. active), by lead journey status (e.g. new), by affiliate and so on.

However, we’ve now added a new date filter which means you either run the report based on the date the leads were received (lead received date), e.g. run the report to show you all the leads that you received last month:

· The report will then show all the leads received last month and how many of those new leads also booked a consultation, attended a consultation, or started treatment in that same period of time (i.e. in this example, last month)

Or, you can run the report based on lead activity (action date), e.g. run the report to show you all the leads that were actioned last month:

> The report will show you all the leads that were actioned in some way during the last month.

> This would show you all the new leads received

> This would also show you any other leads (regardless of when they were received) that:

o booked a consultation

o attended a consultation

o converted to start treatment

o decided not to proceed at any stage

As well as providing a view of lead volume and where leads are in their conversion journey, the report will also show you the value of the leads. Two revenue numbers are presented:

1) Confirmed revenue – this is the revenue the practice has gained from leads that have converted and are starting treatment.

2) Revenue Opportunity – this is in addition to the confirmed revenue number and indicates how much more revenue could be gained from leads that have not yet converted.

Please note that by default these revenue figures are calculated from the treatment prices saved in your settings unless you have changed the treatment price for specific lead(s) individual lead on their profile page.

Please do check the pricing in DenGro matches the prices you use for your financial reporting.

Prospective Patients

It’s all very well presenting you with a summary view of high level conversion metrics, but what if you want to know who the leads are, what are the names behind the numbers?

Well, now you can. By clicking on the “Show Breakdown of the Above Figures” button you can see the list of prospective patients and trace their conversion journey to date.

What’s more you can also click on their names and be directed to their lead profile summaries.
