But your practitioners also play a crucial role in the patient journey. That’s why DenGro now enables you to track the performance of every practitioner — from initial enquiry to treatment start.

You’ll now find a dedicated dashboard within the Team Effectiveness Report to monitor your practitioners’ performance.
The following metrics are available:
Consultations Booked
Consultations Attended (with attendance rate %)
Treatments Converted (with conversion rate %)
These can be filtered by:
Date range
Treatment type
Lead source/channel
Lead status
👩⚕️ How to Set Up Your Practitioners
To track practitioner performance accurately, each practitioner must be assigned a role in DenGro.
If they’re not set up correctly, their activity will show as ‘Unassigned’, and the report won't capture their metrics.
✅ Steps to set up practitioners:
Assign each practitioner a 'Practitioner' role in DenGro.
When your team books and confirms appointments, they’ll be prompted to select the relevant practitioner from a dropdown list.
This selection ensures the data is linked to the correct person.

With roles assigned and practitioners selected for each consultation, DenGro will start capturing:
Attendance percentages
Conversion rates
Overall practitioner effectiveness over time
These insights give you a clear view of who is driving results and where additional training or support might be needed.
