What is the 'Potential Revenue/Opportunity' value?

Written by Louise Buscombe

Learn how DenGro tracks the value of a lead from enquiry to treatment, and how it reflects potential revenue for your practice.

šŸ” What is the 'Potential' Value?

When viewing the Leads page, you’ll notice a 'Potential' value (Ā£) next to each lead.
This is an estimate of how much the lead could be worth to your practice.

  • šŸ“Œ Internal Use Only: This value is not visible to leads.

  • šŸ“Š Based on Industry Averages: By default, treatment values are set using industry benchmarks.

  • šŸ› ļø Customisable: You can update these values at any time on the Treatments page to better reflect your practice’s pricing.

āœ… What is the 'Confirmed' Value?

Once a lead confirms they are going ahead with treatment, you’ll be prompted to enter the 'Confirmed Value' – the actual agreed cost of the treatment.

šŸ”„ What Happens When Treatment Starts?

When a lead is marked as ā€˜Treatment Started’ in DenGro:

  • The Potential Value will change to Ā£0

  • The Confirmed Value is now captured and used for reporting

This ensures your reports reflect actual revenue rather than estimates.
