Ahead of a lead commencing treatment you will see there is a 'Potential' value in £ when you are on the Leads page.

This is an indication of how much the lead could potentially be worth to the practice. This price is an internal number and isn't shared with a lead. The value is by default based on industry averages but if this is out of kilter for your practice all treatment values can be updated on the Treatments page to match your practice's pricing.

When a lead confirms they want to go ahead with treatment you will let DenGro know the 'Confirmed Value'.

Once a lead is confirmed as 'Treatment Started' in DenGro the potential revenue value will change to £0 as the confirmed value is now captured.
