If you want to track the effectiveness and conversion rates of your practitioners it's important that you are tracking who is taking each appointment so these can be measured accurately.

Without the practitioner being confirmed follow up tasks will appear like this:

When practitioners are confirmed follow up tasks appear like this:

How do I set up my practitioners?

The first step is to set up your practitioners with a role in DenGro. If you have a Manager role head to the Users page and add your practitioners in with an email address and give them the role of 'Practitioner'.

They don't need to log into DenGro and won't receive emails from us. By adding them with this role you will then be able to select them from a dropdown when you move a lead to 'Consultation Booked' and a new dropdown will appear allowing you to confirm who will be taking the consultation.

The same dropdown will appear when you confirm they attended the consultation.

This then populates the Practitioner Effectiveness report with accurate performance data.

It also means that its clear to the rest or the team when using DenGro who the patient is seeing.
