As Dentally's preferred CRM partner we are committed to making our integration as seamless and as useful as possible for practice teams.

Our latest update to our integration ensures that prospective and existing patients who book appointments directly on Dentally via your online booking portal will now trigger a task on DenGro.

This task will notify you of an online booking and allow you to easily create or sync the patient and appointment details with DenGro. This avoids the need to add these leads in manually and ensures that you have a handle on all your leads in the CRM.

How will I know when an appointment has been booked on Dentally?

When an appointment is made directly via your online Dentally booking portal it will trigger a task like this on your Today page.

When you open the task it will show you the details from Dentally of the patient who has booked in, including appointment details and any notes.

There are three outcomes available with this task:

> Create a new lead in DenGro

> Link to an existing lead in DenGro

> Ignore the appointment request

1) Create A New Lead In DenGro

By selecting 'Create A New Lead in DenGro' you will then be prompted to confirm from the dropdown which treatment the lead is interested in.

Then the final step is to confirm the appointment date and time they have booked via Dentally and press 'Done'.

2) Link To An Existing Lead In DenGro

By selecting this option you can then search for an existing lead and sync the patient in Dentally to their lead profile in DenGro. If an existing lead can't be found you will be prompted to create a new lead instead.

Once a matching lead has been found you can see any of the leads personal information that is in DenGro so you can be confident its the same person as well as being able to view the lead profile in more detail.

Any treatments that the lead has currently expressed an interest in will then be displayed for you to select or if the appointment booked on Dentally is for a different treatment you can select 'Add New Treatment Interest'.

If you select the treatment that they are currently interested in then the final step is to confirm the appointment date and time they have booked via Dentally and press 'Done'.

If you choose 'Add New Treatment Interest' you will need to confirm the new treatment they are interested in from the treatment dropdown and confirm the appointment date and time they have booked via Dentally and press 'Done'.

3) Ignore the Appointment Request

If you do not want to sync the appointment with a lead in DenGro you can choose to ignore the request and then task will be removed from your Today page and no further action is required.

How can I track which of my leads came from the Dentally Portal?

If the lead came via the Dentally portal it will appear like this on the Lead Profile page.

In your Leads page, you can filter your results using the field of 'Capture solution' to see the leads that came via 'PMS-Webhook'.
