🤝 Supported Call Tracking Partners
DenGro integrates with the following call tracking providers:
Mediahawk
Infinity (formerly ResponseTap)
CallTrackingMetrics
You can enable the integration via the Integrations page in your DenGro account.
⚙️ What Does the Integration Do?
Once activated, every new call received via a tracking number will generate a New Call task on your Today page in DenGro.
Each Call Task Will:
✅ Show the number the lead called from
✅ Show the tracking number they called
✅ Suggest if the number matches an existing lead
✅ Attribute where the lead came from
You'll also be able to listen to the call recording directly from the task.
You can also listen back to a recording of the call as shown here:
📋 What Can I Do with a Call Task?
When reviewing a call task, you can choose to:
➕ Create a new lead
🔗 Link to an existing lead
🚫 Ignore the call
If Creating a New Lead, You’ll Be Asked To Confirm:
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Gender
Email address
Main treatment of interest
🧭 Next Steps After Creating a Lead
DenGro will automatically:
Create a New Lead task
Prompt the team to:
Record appointment booking details
Set a reminder to follow up
Mark the lead as no longer interested (with a reason)
📊 Reporting
There are no in-app reports for call tracking stats in DenGro at the moment.
However, full call tracking insights can be found in your call tracking provider’s analytics or reporting dashboard.
