How does the Dentally integration work with DenGro?
The Dentally integration allows two way syncing of information on your lead and their appointments between both platforms.
It can:
Create a Dentally record using lead data in DenGro
Sync an existing lead and Dentally record together
Find and make an appointment in Dentally, whilst in DenGro
Sync an appointment you have made in Dentally to a lead in DenGro
Dentally payment statistics, showing Total Invoiced and Total paid on the Lead Profile page.
New for 2025 - Individual invoices now available so you can see Total Invoiced and Total Paid per invoice
The integration avoids the need to duplicate information across both platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of human error.
Information will flow both ways making for a more streamlined workflow. Booking appointments, creating a new patient record and rescheduling or cancellation just became a breeze.
