☎️ Using the Voicestack integration

The Voicestack integration helps your team manage calls more efficiently and gives your patients a great first impression.

📞 See who’s calling

When a call comes in from an existing lead in DenGro, their details will automatically appear in Voicestack.
This means your team can:

  • Greet the caller by name

  • Instantly see their information and enquiry details

  • Save time on admin and focus on the conversation

Create new leads easily

If a call comes from someone who isn’t already in DenGro, your team can create a new lead directly in Voicestack — there’s no need to switch between systems.

By showing caller details straight away, your team can deliver a warm, personal experience from the very first “hello”, while keeping your lead data up to date automatically.

This is Version 1 of the Voicestack integration, the Voicestack team are currently working on Version 2. (V1 correct as of 6Oct25)


☎️ Using the Primo integration

The Primo integration helps your team keep leads and contact activity perfectly in sync between DenGro and Primo — saving time and ensuring no lead updates are missed.

What the integration does

Once connected, the integration will:

  1. Automatically add new leads from DenGro to Primo
    Any new lead created in DenGro will be sent straight to Primo, so your calling team can follow up without delay.

  2. Automatically update DenGro after each call in Primo
    When a lead is called in Primo, DenGro will be updated with the result — whether the contact was successful or unsuccessful.

  3. Sync lead contact details both ways
    Updates to a lead’s phone number, email address, or name will automatically sync between DenGro and Primo, keeping both systems aligned.

  4. Sync journey status both ways
    Changes to a lead’s journey status will also sync in real time, including when a lead is:

    • Marked as Inactive

    • Successfully contacted

    • Booked an appointment
