Step 1.
Go to the 'Lead Detail' page of the lead in question.

Step 2.
Within the 'Treatments' section, click on 'Cancel Appointment' within the treatment pod.

Step 3.
Complete the details of whether they need to be contacted again, or if they've decided to not progress with treatment.

Step 5.
Click 'Done'.
