How do you reschedule an appointment?

Need to change an appointment? No problem.

Step 1.
Go to the 'Lead Detail' page of the lead in question.

Step 2.
Within the 'Treatments' section, click on 'Reschedule Appointment' within the treatment pod.

Step 3.
Change the details of the appointment date and time. Click 'Next'.

Step 4.
Confirm the automations that need to be sent out as a result of the change.

Step 5.
Click 'Done'.
