How do I update or change my method of payment?

The Subscriber (the person who created the DenGro subscription) can add or change the method of payment registered on the account, at any time, by going to 'Subscription Billing' under the Personal Profile area (the symbol of a person at the top right of the DenGro screen).


The payment options available are Direct Debit or Credit or Debit Card.

To update just select 'Add Payment Method' to update your details to the new payment method you would like to pay by and confirm.
