What happens if I don't pay the monthly cost of my SMS number for the Inbox?

Once a month, DenGro will automatically take payment of £2.50 to maintain the SMS number that you have enabled in your practice Inbox settings.

When this is enabled, your team can contact contact both existing and prospective patients on a 1-1 basis via the SMS channel in your practice Inbox.

If DenGro is unable to take this monthly payment successfully, we will send a sequence of 3 emails to your subscriber or to your delegated practice Inbox Administrator.

These are as follows:

1) Subject Line: [DenGro] URGENT – We have been unable to renew your dedicated Inbox SMS virtual number

First notice Content:

We were unable to take payment for the £:price monthly cost of maintaining your dedicated Inbox SMS virtual number. Top up your funds on the Inbox Billing page as soon as possible or else risk losing this number. We will attempt to collect this payment for 5 more days before irreversibly cancelling your dedicated Inbox virtual number.

2) Subject Line: [DenGro] URGENT – We have been unable to renew your dedicated Inbox SMS virtual number

Second Notice Content:

We were unable to take payment for the £:price monthly cost of maintaining your dedicated Inbox SMS virtual number. This is now 3 days overdue past the last monthly renewal date. Unless you top up your funds on the Inbox Billing page, this dedicated Inbox number will be irreversibly cancelled.

3) Subject Line: [DenGro] Your dedicated Inbox SMS virtual number has been cancelled

Third Notice Content:

We were unable to take payment for the £:price monthly cost of maintaining your dedicated Inbox SMS virtual number during the renewal window. This dedicated Inbox number has now been irreversibly cancelled. Topping up the required funds on the Inbox Billing page will allow you to continue using SMS in the Inbox and this will automatically assign you a new dedicated Inbox virtual number.
