If you see a task at the top of the 'Today' page called 'GDPR Request' its important to take action.

These are triggered by a lead updating their contact preferences via one of the automated emails that DenGro sends. They will have selected that they no longer want to hear from the practice and want to be removed from ALL your records.

Please ensure you find the corresponding lead in the 'Search' bar and delete them out of DenGro as well as removing them from any other systems where they may be stored.
