Practice notifications are alerts letting you know when an SMS or email has failed when it has arrived at the leads inbox or mobile provider.

When you click on the task it will show you the phone number or email address that it tried to send your message too and give you an opportunity to update it if it's incorrect.

Once updated DenGro can then try again to send the message.
