An SMS or email fails to deliver to the lead
The message does not reach the lead’s inbox or mobile phone provider
🔍 How to View the Notification
Click on the notification task in your DenGro dashboard.
You’ll see:
The email address or phone number we tried
An explanation of why the delivery failed (if available)
✏️ What To Do Next
Check the contact details for errors (e.g. missing digit, typo, wrong domain).
Update the phone number or email address in the lead’s profile if needed.
Once updated, DenGro will automatically attempt to resend the message.
