The Inactive Lead Report in DenGro helps you understand why certain leads didn’t proceed with treatment.

📝 Why Leads Are Marked 'Inactive'

You’ll see a list of reasons explaining why a lead didn’t continue, such as:

  • No response

  • Chose another provider

  • Not ready for treatment

  • FORGOTTEN (explained below)

❓ What Does ‘FORGOTTEN’ Mean?

A lead is marked as FORGOTTEN when it has been deleted from the system.

While DenGro removes all personal identifiable information (PII), the system will still record the number of times leads have been deleted.

This helps maintain accurate reporting, even if the data has been wiped.

🗑️ When Should You Delete a Lead?

Only delete a lead if you want to permanently remove it from DenGro, such as:

  • Spam or test leads

  • Duplicate entries

  • Obvious errors

⚠️ Important: Don’t Delete Real Leads

Do not delete a lead just because:

  • You can’t get in touch

  • They chose another practice

  • They’re inactive or unresponsive

These scenarios should be marked with the appropriate status or reason, not deleted.
