If a lead is no longer interested in treatment, or you’ve been unable to reach them after multiple attempts, you can mark them as inactive instead of deleting them.

✅ Why Mark a Lead as Inactive?

Marking a lead as inactive allows you to:

  • Keep a record of all past interactions

  • Reactivate the lead later if they get back in touch

  • Search for them in the app at any time

💡 Tip: Avoid deleting leads — inactive leads are still searchable and retain their history.

📌 How to Mark a Lead as Inactive

  1. Open the lead’s task in your Today page or Leads view.

  2. Click the 🟥 'Not Proceeding' button.

  3. From the dropdown, select the reason the lead isn’t going ahead.

If you select ‘Unable to contact’, you’ll be prompted to choose how you tried to reach them (e.g. call, email).

✏️ Optional: Add a quick note summarising the last contact attempt or the reason they’re not proceeding.

4. Click ‘Done’ to mark the lead as inactive.

🔍 Finding Inactive Leads

You can still view and search for inactive leads:

  • Use the search bar in the top navigation

  • Filter the Leads page by selecting the 'Inactive' filter

📂 Inactive leads retain all their history and can be reactivated at any time!
