Deleting a Lead

Delete leads only if they’re duplicates or spam. For unresponsive leads, mark them as inactive to keep their data for future use.

Yes, you can delete a lead in DenGro — but ⚠️ be careful: deleting a lead permanently removes all their details. This action should only be used in rare circumstances, such as:

  • A duplicate entry

  • A spam or test lead

If you simply can’t reach a lead, or they’re no longer interested in treatment, you should instead mark them as ‘inactive’. This keeps their history intact and allows you to reactivate them later.

👉 See How to mark a lead as inactive for guidance.

✅ When to Delete a Lead

  • Spam or test entries

  • Accidental duplicates

  • Mistaken submissions
