DenGro allows you to manage your team with flexible user permissions and unlimited user accounts.

👥 How Many Users Can I Have?

There’s no limit to the number of users you can have on your DenGro account.
Each user just needs their own email address to log in.

➕ How to Invite a New User

To invite a new user, you must have Manager-level access.

  1. Log in and hover over the cog icon at the top right.

  2. Select Users from the menu.

  3. Click + Add Practice User.

  4. Fill in the user’s details (a mobile number is optional).

  5. Choose the appropriate permission level for the new user.

Only users with Manager-level access can add or manage users.

🗑️ How to Remove a User

You’ll also need Manager-level access to remove users.

  1. Go to Users via the cog icon.

  2. Select Users.

  3. Find the user you wish to remove.

  4. Click the bin icon next to their name.

ℹ️ Removing a user won’t delete their activity or leads.
Their name will still be shown on tasks they completed before removal.

🔐 Understanding Permission Levels

DenGro offers five permission levels. You can assign these when adding a user or change them later via the Practice Users page.

  • Manager – Full access, including user and data management.

  • User – Access to all contact data, leads, and dashboard tasks.

  • Analyst – Access to reporting and data manipulation.

  • Integrator – Manage third-party integrations.

  • Practitioner – Receive and manage appointments only.
