Within the default nurturing automations we include the ability for your prospective patients to leave feedback if they are no longer interested in treatment.

By including the feedback URL it will allow the lead to press the hyperlink text and let them tell you via a dropdown menu why they don't want to proceed.

This is an example of how the feedback URL is used in an nurture sequence.

Once the feedback has been left this will trigger a task on the Today page like this so you can take action. From the task you can then decide too get in touch once more or mark them as inactive due to the feedback shared.

If you are on our Pro Plan you can customise and create your own sequence and you may want to include the feedback link in more of your messages.

To add the Feedback link into one of your text boxes click the dropdown menu on 'Merge Tasks'

Then press 'Special Links' and press 'Feedback URL' for this to be hyperlinked in your messages and create a way for feedback to be shared.
