Within our Nurturing Automations templates you can use 'Special Links' which are URL's that can be added into the content of your emails. These can be found via the paperclip icon in a text block and selecting the 'Special Links' hyperlink.

1) Unsubscribe link - every email template MUST contain an UNSUBSCRIBE link to ensure that if a prospective patient doesn't want to hear from the practice they can set their preferences via this link at the bottom of the and unsubscribe.

This will open a DenGro page which allows them to set their preferences.

If they choose not to hear from the practice again this will create a task on the Today page so you can delete the lead.

All our DEFAULT templates automatically include an unsubscribe link and if you are creating a custom template you won't be able to save it and make it active without an UNSUBSCRIBE link being included.

2) Feedback URL

Adding in a Feedback URL allows a prospective patient to share feedback on why they don't want to proceed which will generate as a feedback task on the Today page. More information on this feature can be found here.

3) Online Booking URL & Patient Reviews
If you add your Online Booking URL or Patient Reviews URL on the 'Details' page by adding in this special link it will include this URL within your automated messages
