Did you know that tagging is available in your DenGro CRM!

What are tags and how will it help me?

By applying tags to your leads you are firstly adding a meaningful label or several to that lead’s profile which can help you in a number of ways.

The tags can enrich yours and your colleagues understanding, here are some examples:

· About the person: “Nervous patient”, “Emergency”, “U18”

· Why they want the treatment: ie “Wedding day”

· Where they came from: “Open Day 16Nov24”, “NHS to private”

· About the status of their enquiry: “Deposit paid”, “Treatment plan sent”, “Finance offered”

· How they’ll be looked after in practice: “Treatment room {2}”, “{dentist name}”

We’re sure you’ll have your own ideas about which tags will be helpful for your day to day handling of treatment enquiries.

Tag management (create, edit, delete)

Only certain users can create tags in DenGro. This is to try and avoid the creation of duplicates, typos and so on. The team can then make use of an agreed and well defined list of tags.

For independent practices - please note that those with a ‘manager’ role in your DenGro account can create, edit or delete tags.

For groups and corporates – please note that only those with group level manager status can can create, edit or delete tags.

When creating a tag, managers can select a colour from a colour palette

Attaching tags to your leads

Anyone can attach a tag to a lead profile by clicking on the +Add tag button! This button appears on the lead profile page as well as on the task.

Filtering on tags

You can also search for any leads that have a specific tag via the filters at the top of the Today page.

On the New Leads page you can see any tags applied to a lead and filter by them too.
