What is the dashboard and how will help my practice?

We’re excited to introduce the new Dashboard (beta access)- a powerful reporting tool designed to give you greater insight and confidence when it comes to understanding the metrics on team and practice performance. More visibility. More control. More growth.

Until now, unless you had a Manager or Analyst role in DenGro you didn't have access to metrics on team or practice performance . With the new dashboard every user can understand how well the practice is doing at any time, whether that's treatment conversion rates, time to first contact or the number of active and inactive leads. No need to dig into each report one by one— your insights are ready when you are!

With real-time access you can:

  • Identify bottlenecks in the lead journey and see where leads are dropping off

  • See which marketing channels are delivering the best return

  • Track the success of your team’s response time and conversion efforts

  • Understand and predict your pipeline more accurately

This lets you adjust your strategy quickly — cutting out wasted time and spend, and focusing on what delivers results.

How do I access the dashboard?

Once you have access to the Dashboard it will be the default page you are taken to on log in and can be accessed via the menu bar at any time.

How do I use the dashboard?

We would recommend familiarising yourself with the handy dashboard guide but feel free to drag it below the reports if needed.

Your realtime dashboard has several report 'widgets' which can be resized or positioned as you wish. You can drag and drop the widget to set your custom view as well as resizing it via the arrow in the corner, see image below. These are user specific so when you have configured them as you want it will be saved for your view only.

Above the reporting widgets you can set any filters if you would like a more granular view, such as treatment/s, particular date range (by default it will be showing the last 30 days). Once a filter has been applied the dashboard widgets will reload and these filters can then be saved for future use.

A lot of the widgets are interactive such as hovering on a bar graph column to see the number of leads per channel.

You can also click channels on and off to isolate performance individually.

Where you see an arrow inside a square either next to a metric or in the corner of a report it will take you directly to a pre-filtered lead list so you know which leads are included in this metric to give greater transparency to who makes up these numbers, allowing DenGro to be the source of truth.

Take a look at our article on our Leads list to see how this feature works.

We hope you are excited to really get to know your numbers in DenGro, in a whole new way. Celebrate the success and know where to take action to ensure improved practice growth!

The dashboard is a beta feature and not yet available to all practices. You can request early access by jumping on live chat or emailing support@dengro.com and we can look to get you set up.
