DenGro tracks and displays the average time to first contact with a lead directly in the Team Effectiveness Report. This helps you understand how quickly your team is responding to new enquiries.

🕓 How It’s Calculated

DenGro calculates this metric based on your practice’s opening hours, so the data reflects working time only — not evenings, weekends, or bank holidays.

We do not penalise your team for delays outside of opening hours.

✅ To ensure the calculation is accurate, make sure your opening hours are correctly entered in your Practice Details settings.

⚙️ Where to Add Your Opening Hours

To update your hours:

  1. Go to Settings > Practice Details

  2. Enter your correct opening and closing times for each day

  3. Save changes

🔁 What If You Don’t Set Opening Hours?

If you haven’t added your opening hours, DenGro will assume default values:

  • 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Closed on weekends

This may affect how your average response times are calculated, especially if your practice operates outside these hours.

🛠️ Tip: Always keep your hours up to date to ensure your Team Effectiveness data is accurate and fair.
