We won't penalise you when the practice is closed but to ensure this is accurate please enter your opening hours on the Practice Details as the calculation will be based on those.

If no opening hours are set here we will calculate using default opening times of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and we will also assume that the practice is closed at the weekend.
