When receiving an DenGro Inbox SMS message, this would appear on a lead's mobile phone as a typical SMS message.
The sender number they see is the dedicated DenGro virtual phone number that is automatically acquired after you enable SMS for Inbox. This is covered in more depth in the following article:

If, after receiving an SMS message sent from the DenGro Inbox, a lead decides to call the sender number (the dedicated DenGro virtual phone number) they will hear the following automated message:
[half a second pause]
[slow reading voice]
'This number can only send and receive text messages. To call our practice, please dial, [louder volume] <practice telephone number> [back to normal volume]. This automated message will now end. Thank you.'
