Before enabling / disabling SMS as a messaging channel for the DenGro Inbox in a practice, please be aware of the following consequences:

✅ Enabled

❌ Disabled

Available in the practice's Inbox for sending SMS messages to leads / receiving replies.

Unavailable in the practice's Inbox for sending SMS messages to leads (see below regarding replies).

All SMS messages sent to leads via DenGro will come from a new dedicated DenGro virtual phone number (which leads will see as the sender number) for this practice.

DenGro will automatically purchase and maintain this virtual number at a cost of £2.50 per month (VAT inclusive). After first enabling, the charge for this will be immediate and then will continue on an on-going monthly basis.

All of the practice's lead nurturing automated SMS messages will be sent from the aforementioned virtual number.

Leads will be able to reply to automated nurturing SMS messages and these will show in the practice's Inbox.

The DenGro virtual phone number will be deleted 30 days from the moment SMS is disabled.

In the interim period until the virtual number deletion date, re-enabling SMS will automatically re-acquire the same virtual number. After this date, the virtual number will be permanently deleted and cannot be re-acquired.

In the interim period, the practice will continue to receive replies in the Inbox to all SMS messages sent via the DenGro virtual number - whether from the Inbox or nurturing automations.

After the deletion date, SMS nurturing automations will revert to sending from a DenGro system number and leads will be unable to reply both to these and any SMS messages previously sent from the Inbox.
