Before enabling / disabling email as a messaging channel for the DenGro Inbox in a practice, please be aware of the following consequences:

✅ Enabled

❌ Disabled


Available in the practice's Inbox for sending emails to leads / receiving replies.


Unavailable in the practice's Inbox for sending emails to leads / receiving replies.


All emails to leads sent via DenGro will come from a new system email address for this practice.

When leads see and reply to emails sent via DenGro from the practice, they will see this system email address with the display name automatically set to the practice name. Example:


The system email address will be deactivated and any lead replies will go to the practice’s (non-DenGro) email inbox.


All of the practice's lead nurturing automated emails will be sent from the aforementioned new system email address and any replies will show in the Inbox and not in the practice’s (non-DenGro) email inbox.


All of the practice's lead nurturing automated emails will revert to sending from the practice’s email address and any replies will show there and not in the Inbox.
