Under our Inactive Lead report you will see a list of reasons given as to why the lead didn't want to to proceed with treatment.

One of the reasons you may see listed here is 'FORGOTTEN'. A forgotten lead will be where the lead has been deleted. Whilst we will remove all Pii (personal information) on the lead it will still mark the number of times this has happened.

Leads should only be deleted if you want to remove them permanantly from DenGro, for example a test lead, spam lead etc.

Deleting a lead should not be used if you can't can't get hold of them or they go elsewhere for treatment.
